Storage Sheds
Backyard storage sheds come in all shapes, sizes and levels of complexity. You can put together a polyurethane or resin outdoor storage shed in under an hour if all you need is a place to stash a few garden tools or need a place to store the lawn furniture cushions.
If you are looking for something to store the riding mower, snow blower or seldom used bikes you will need something larger and with a floor. In most cases this will require leveling a place in the backyard, concrete footers, and more than a few man hours. Many of the home improvement centers sell these units installed on your property. Be sure to read the fine print if your yard is sloped. Most contracts to install an outdoor storage shed will charge additional if there is more than a twelve inch or 24 inch grade that has to be leveled.
Some of the more elaborate backyard sheds come with lofts, functional windows and even a covered porch. The better (more expense) backyard storage shed are made of all weather wood or cedar making the shed an attractive plus to your backyard instead of an eyesore.
